Abigail Davis is a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing Team who has over 14 years experience.
Abigail Join Taunton Solicitors in February 2022 and has experience working in both residential and new build conveyancing. In her previous role Abigail assisted clients on purchasing new build properties including assisting with Help to Buy Equity loans, Affordable Housing (Shared Ownership) and related sale transactions.
Abigail acts for sellers and buyers of residential properties of all types for both residential and investor buyers as well as Transfer of Equity and re-mortgages.
Abigail is currently working towards completion of the CILEX level 6. Abigail will continue her ongoing academic study for the CILEX qualification, in order to reach her goal of becoming a fully-qualified Chartered Legal Executive.
Away from the office Abigail is kept busy with her three young children.
