Bruce is the Dispute Resolution partner at Taunton Solicitors with a particular speciality in family law and financial settlement, whilst also being responsible for other areas of contentious work together with commercial and residential conveyancing.
Victoria Osborne
Partner
Having joined the firm in 2014, Victoria works within the dispute resolution department, dealing with a range of contentious work including disputes over wills & estates, property disputes, landlord & tenant disputes, contractual disputes and debt recovery.
Julian Cann
Head of Private Client
Since February 2016 Julian has managed a team, undertaking all areas of Private Client work, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Estates and Trust Administration. Julian joined Taunton Solicitors as head of our Private Client department in March 2019.
Michael Burgess
Private Client Paralegal
Michael has experience in Wills and Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and advising on Inheritance Tax matters.
Megan Stanley
Commercial Legal Assistant
Megan has experience dealing with both residential and commercial conveyancing, the buying and selling of land and letting of commercial property, including new leases, lease extensions, lease assignments and lease surrenders.
Lucy Smith
Conveyancing Assistant
Lucy is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and is being supported by Taunton Solicitors as she works towards CILEx qualification.
