Penny joined Taunton Solicitors in 2021

Penny is a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing Team and has 5 years’ experience.

Penny gained a range of skills in her previous role, where her specialty was newly built properties, involving all aspects of Help to Buy, including Forces Help to Buy, Affordable Housing and Shared Ownership. 

Penny is now involved in a full range of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

When not working, Penny enjoys socialising, painting and spending time with her pets.
