Megan joined the firm in 2017

Megan is a Legal Assistant in the Commercial Property team. Megan gained a First Class Honours LLB Law degree at the University of South Wales.

Megan is currently working within the Commercial Department, dealing with Business Purchase and Sales, business New leases, business lease extensions, business lease assignment and business lease surrender. 

Megan has experience dealing with both residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial property buying and selling of land and letting of commercial property, including  commercial new leases, commercial lease extensions, commercial lease assignments and commercial lease surrenders.
