LOCATION: Taunton, Somerset, South West England
SALARY: £26,500.00 – £35,000.00 depending on experience
Experience: 2-3 years minimum

Key Responsibilities
- Residential Conveyancing – Purchase, Sale, Remortgage, Transfer of Equity
- File ownership and responsibility
- Preparing reports
- Replies to enquiries
- Case management – Including use of conveyancing module
- Working with head of Residential Conveyancing
- Following firms procedures
- Ensuring CQS and AML compliance
- Working with others, ensuring a friendly team focused atmosphere

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Conveyancer who is experienced, passionate and keen to develop.
Working within our conveyancing team, you will manage your own caseload, advising clients on a range of conveyancing issues, including purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfer of equities.
